Supplying cold buffet breakfast with as much as possible in enclosed portion packets, except for instance homemade marmalade in wipeable jar and milk in washable jug in fridge. All used cutlery and plates to be washed in dishwasher. All unopened packets of food and drink kept for minimum of 72 hours before displaying again. Supplying, and keeping disinfected, microwave for guests’ use in evenings if needed. All bed linen and towels washed at 60 degrees.
