The Wallops, made up of Over, Middle and Nether Wallop are filled with chocolate box thatched cottages with the Wallop brook meandering through the centre. This has been used as a setting for Agatha Christie's "Miss Marple" TV series.

Equidistant from the Cathedral cities of Winchester and Salisbury, and within easy reach of Stonehenge, this is an ideal base for exploring many historic and beautiful places in southern England and is also a convenient stop-over for touring the West Country, being just off A30/A343 and only ten minutes drive from the A303.

Nearby are Tidworth (11 miles),  Andover (9 miles), and Thruxton Race track (11 miles).
